Black History Month is an annual celebration of achievements by African Americans. We join our country, and others, in celebrating this month with a calendar of events that embraces history, enriches our knowledge, and encourages us to celebrate the diversity within our Baylor family. Black History Month Carillon Recital, hosted by the Baylor School of Music, from 12:15 to 1:15 p.m., on the McLane Carillon, Pat Neff Hall.

Gospel Fest, hosted by Heavenly Voices Gospel Choir, at 5:30 p.m. in Roxy Grove Hall.

Black History Month – Men’s Basketball Game – 7 p.m. at Foster Pavilion.

Truett Seminary Chapel and Lunch - The Truett Black Seminarians Association is pleased to bring Tisha Dixon-Williams to Paul Powell Chapel to share a message beginning at 11 a.m.. A lunch and Q&A will follow. For those who wish to attend online, this will be live streamed through Truett's Facebook page.

Black History Month Story Time, hosted by the Mayborn Museum, at 10:30 a.m. Join the museum’s special story time where books and engaging activities come together to celebrate and educate. Let’s honor the legacy of Black leaders and be inspired to “Dream Big!” This session will feature the talented Breshenda Crosby of Baylor Theater.
